Possible to win a payment dispute?
Dirtbag buyer who has zero feedback in the past 12 months is attempting a scam, claiming the panties I sent were not as described...now get this... because the lace has more shimmer than expected. I clearly stated in the listing that the lace IS shimmer lace! And photos show shimmer in the lace! Any help is appreciated!

I just looked at your listings and want to say that I am impressed with your sales and feedback. Underwear has to be a really difficult category to sell in and yet you have maintained 100% feedback. Good job! I'm sure you must have had a few weirdos or strange buyers now and then, but hopefully this numpty you are dealing with now is the only return or chargeback you have had to deal with.
Because of eBay's Money Back Guarantee, even if a a seller has no returns on a listing, if a buyer files a "not as described" claim, eBay's MBG overrides the "no returns" and the seller has to accept it either by issuing a label for the return and then issuing a refund upon receiving the item back, or just refunding and letting the buyer keep the item. If this is not done and eBay has to step in, they will force a refund, not return your FVF, and give you a defect. If your buyer did not know that and thought she could not return the panties, she did the next best thing, she went straight to her credit card. I agree with @ebooksdiva . I would submit a screen shot of the description detailing the shimmer and the tracking showing delivery. May not do any good but worth a try. And don't forget to put her on your Blocked Bidder List.

You need to write a long report...businesslike of course...this will be going to the bank...I wrote a 1000 word essay but first did a draft and then re did my professional.
I googled 'credit card disputes' information and put some of that in my report.
I put a lot of boring stuff in the report...LOL
Give the tracking, the address and so on.
Write all sorts of things like asking the bank has this person done this before and so on...
And you need to upload photo(s)...this is where you copy photos from listing and attached it to the dispute.
Again, this is between you the seller and the bank.
Uploading photo(s) of the panties might help...will it be a male or female looking at it...we don't know.
It would be funny if it was a man's name who bought them...I am assuming not though.

Refund the buyer and let them keep the panties -or- approve the return.

·10 months agoYou didn’t say whether this dispute was through the buyers financial institution or an eBay MBG return.
If the payment dispute is through their credit card all you can do is screen shot an image of the description stating the lace condition.
NAD disputes through financial institutions are difficult for a seller to win.
There is a $20 charge for disputing the payment dispute.
If it is a return through eBay you have one of three choices…
1. Accept the return, issue the return label then refund in full upon receipt.
2. Refund in full without requiring the item back.
3. Allow eBay to step in…they will refund the buyer from your funds while allowing the buyer to keep the item, you will get no fvf credit and you’ll be given a defect for cases closed without a seller resolution.
I highly recommend you don’t do #3.

OP10 months ago@ebooksdiva It's disgusting that buyers can do this! I mean they aren't crazy expensive panties but the fact is, I did nothing wrong as a seller. Ugh!
