Possible to put buyer notes in the "You got paid" and "You made the sale" emails | Selling

Hi all, anyone know if the template ebay uses for the "You made the sale" and "You got paid" emails can be modified? I took a negative feedback recently because the buyer had put a note on the order to not ship for three days due to travel. The emails ebay sends don't show these notes, so I just clicked to get a shipping label and shipped it out, having never crossed a screen that shows those comments. Buyer's **bleep** because I ignored and their item sat outside for days. Seems like something ebay could easily fix, vs inconveniencing me on every single sale to have to go to the seller console just to look for notes before shipping.
