Polymailer stuck to item
Buyer just messaged me that the packaging got stuck to a clothing item. I have never had that happen before. He is saying that it won't pull off of the item. Anyone else have this happen to and how did you get it off? I did peel off the strips and stuck a polymailer to my clothes and it came right off - so I don't know what happened.

·2 years agoI always place clothing in a gallon zip lock bag or snug a 4 gallon bag with tape ( for jeans ).
Then they are placed in a polymailers.
Did they send you a picture of the problem?
Get a better look at the problem at least.

OP2 years agoHere is the photo. I am really at a loss as to how it got stuck at two different spots and stayed in the package?

·2 years agoTo help protect the contents of my packages, i put the item in a sealed plastic bag before placing it in its outer box or mailer envelope. It affords another barrier of protection in case the exterior package gets torn or damaged.
I have seen the contents of a mailer get stuck to the adhesive on the envelope’s sealing strip. But have not seen contents ever get stuck to the walls of the inner mailer itself.

·2 years agoI have never had a poly mailer stick to it's contents, but I have worked with adhesives for many years. I would suggest a hair dryer with some heat to warm it up and pull it away from what's stuck.
