Polish delivered USPS
Summary: brow_9705 is experiencing an issue with eBay holding their funds due to a package sent to Poland via a third-party carrier. They noted the discrepancy between Polish Post's delivery confirmation and USPS's tracking information, leading to funds being withheld. mam98031 and 12345jamesstamps clarified that holds can occur for new sellers and are often independent of tracking status, typically lasting 30 days. brow_9705 later understood the situation and appreciated the provided explanations.
I recently had to send a package to Poland with a 3rd party carrier because the item needed to be insured for over $2500.
I filled out all the customs papaerwork ahead of tiem and sent it with USPS.
Propblen is that it shows Delivered on the Polish Post state ran website, but USPS only as being shipped still...
Ebay wont release my funds and has my account compleltely held up until this is delivered oin their system.
How do i get them to check it or recognize the Polish Post website?

·3 weeks agoMy guess is your fund will be held the entire duration of the MBG. eBay is not looking at any 3rd party carrier tracking, they are only concerned whether of not the buyer fiies a INR or requests a return based on an INAD. Once they are clear of that, then expect your money to be released

·3 weeks agoFrom your original post "Ebay wont release my funds and has my account compleltely held up until this is delivered oin their system.". The information I previously posted applies to WHY your FUNDS are not being released. But of course you can choose to accept the information in the spirit it was given, to help you, or is some other way. Totally up to you.

·3 weeks agoThere is a hold on new or infrequent sellers for usually 30 days upon receiving the item.
Tracking has nothing to do with the money hold on you.
Whether the buyer receives the item or not the funds are usually released after 30 days.
There is nothing you can do other than wait after 30 days for the release of funds.

·3 weeks agoThat isn't why your funds are held up. Please review the following information @brow_9705
I always encourage new sellers to do their homework BEFORE starting to list on Ebay. It is a JOB and should be treated as such. For the very basics, you should be reading the User Agreement you agreed to so that you could start selling on this site. As well as policy pages on HOW TO list an item as well as the policy pages on how your money is processed. These are just the basics. Lots more to learn, but you really should do your homework BEFORE listing your first item.
When funds will be available
You can see when your funds will be released in Seller Hub or My eBay. However, your funds may be unavailable for longer if we have concerns about the order.
Here are some situations where transaction holds could be applied to a seller's funds and when those funds would typically be released.
A brand-new private seller
New private sellers will typically receive their funds within 2 days after delivery confirmation (for items sent with an ebay label), 7 days after delivery confirmation (for items sent with a third-party label), or 31 days after the buyer pays (for items sent without tracking) while they build a consistent track record. Once they've qualified to receive their funds faster, they'll typically receive their funds within 2 days of the buyer’s payment.

·3 weeks agoThis is why doing your homework and learning the basics about a site like this can save you hours of trouble as well as high blood pressure. Jumping in thinking you can Wing It, will rarely work and can easily cost you money as you have found out. This is why you didn't see this coming because you didn't do your homework and learn how your money would flow or how to create listings along with the does and don'ts.
Now why they "froze all" your listings is a SEPARATE issue and you haven't given us any info about that. Freezing listings or delisting them isn't something that usually happens, so this is something different that you haven't given us any details on.
