Hello, I am a new seller starting out, and I have been encountering this problem for a long time. I am from Hong Kong, and I'm trying to sell collectibles, particularly coins and banknotes e.t.c. As a personal seller, I did not expect to encounter this issue below, which I have typed out. Please advise me on what to do, thanks!

·2 years agoFollow the instructions in the message. Once you comply with eBay’s directive, they sound like they will reinstate your selling privileges.

OP2 years agoHey there thank you, but the thing is I have to have a company licence to follow their instructions, and I just don't have that? It seems that personal selling is alright for coins and banknotes?

·2 years agoThen you will need to sell something else on Ebay successfully until you are trusted enough to sell coins and banknotes.
Ebay has fewer restricted categories than larger marketplaces. Restricted categories are relatively new and a reaction to problems caused by some new sellers.

·2 years agoThis is just a US ebay.com seller forum and I doubt that anyone here will be able to help you, the only advice that I have is to follow the instructions that ebay has given you.
