Photos NOT LOADING…multiple ISSUES!!

When I try relisting an inactive auction, noticed several photos missing, substituted with the "gray photo” image box! Never seen this in 20 years of selling!

I keep back up of all my auctions, so when relisting “trashed” all the empty image boxes & reloaded all the original photos.

The re-listings look OK, all the photos loaded. But when I VIEW the re-listed auction, I cannot scroll through the photos!

So any potential customer can only view the main photo, the > button to see the next photo does NOT WORK to scroll through!

Yep, I can see 6.......

Might try checking your browser for updates/reloading the browser/trying a different browser/restarting computer...... Sometimes links go bad and stuff doesn't show that should........

I have noticed some of my photos from inactive Listings also have some gray photos, Not all but some, If it is not an important enough photo I leave it alone, One thing that really bothers me is having to redo work that I have already done.

When you do a sell similar it is a good idea to look at the other photos in the listing if you have more than one photo. The main photo may be there in your inactive file but some others in the same listing may be gone. So you hit the sell similar and one thinks you post a good listing but in some cases (just some cases) other photos are gone.

Unfortunately the entire listing needs to be checked which most of us do not do if we see the main photo is fine.

Yes this is a known issue and previous posts from sellers, including myself, have complained.

So, the answer is - find the item again and take new photos.

Or someone else suggested to always save your photos.

It is a growing problem and people may have more of these than they are aware of.

Sometimes the MAIN photo is there so sellers do not realize that other photos are missing in the listing. This applies not only to inactive listings but active listings.

I was fortunate enough to have a customer tell me a few weeks back.
