Photos, details and description deleting when listing an item
Last night listing worked perfectly fine.
This morning when I hit the "list" button it deleted all my photos, then while on the phone with Ebay where they barely admitted the internal issue, and told me to try listing again, it deleted the photos, details and my written description.
If you are having this issue as well, it is not you, it is 100% Ebay.

·1 year agoYes I’ve been trying to list unsuccessfully since last night.Total waste of time. You got to talk to someone at eBay??? Please let me know how to do that!

OP1 year agoI did the "Talk to an automated assistant" and went through the prompts until it gave me the option of "Have us call you". The agent I spoke with still was no help aside from admitting that it is an internal issue, which was obvious to me, then told me to wait "24 hours for the issue to be fixed"; Quite a ridiculous suggestion when the site algorithm wants me listing as more than humanly possible.
What truly frustrates me is how Ebay has consistent issues affecting everyone's sales, yet they never adjust their fees, offer a shipping supply credit or do anything what so ever to rectify them causing issues with sellers sales and just charge more and more for less and less of a quality service.
