Sorry, but beyond suspicious. A handful of buyers leave feedback on $1 items and you screw over folks on the expensive stuff. It isn’t just INR’s - you have INAD’s.
I doubt that requesting an increase in your selling limits had anything to do with the restriction.
Read the message eBay sent regarding the restriction, it will give you the reason.
Sorry this happened.

·3 years agoIt appears almost only 2 buyers are buying your items many many times and leaving feedback. It has really strange same buyers are buying over and over leaving feedback...even though it is positive feedback.

Yes, unfortunately you are done selling here on eBay. Very sorry for your situation, but those are the risks you take when you drop ship from China. My guess is you had many customers who either didn't receive their items or were simply not happy with their purchases. Those reasons will dismiss you from eBay very quickly.
Wishing you good luck & success with future opportunities.

OP3 years agoDid they decide things by looking at the conversations between the buyers and sellers? But I resolved everything..

·3 years agoNo one from eBay is looking at any conversations you have had with buyers. The suspension was automated by your shipping and INR metrics. No human intervention was applied. It is all automated.

OP3 years agoIt is not my fault that the buyer entered an incorrect address. The other case has been resolved.

·3 years ago@ckeyinstore No use arguing your "point" with the people here.
We are all buyers and sellers and not eBay employees.
Drop shipping "stuff" from China will eventually get a seller permanently restricted.
It is as it says Permanent.

OP3 years agoIt should restricted China, not my selling account.

Conversations with the buyers mean nothing, nor does the feedback. You are permanently restricted & arguing back and forth with the others here isn't going to get your account re-instated. eBay felt there was something unsavory concerning your account and others replying here are noticing it as well. This is why you were restricted. Again, very sorry.
Move on and Good luck.

·3 years agoI'm sorry :< You might just be.
I know you said you were restricted recently that had to do with INRs. I'm guessing there is more to it than just requesting a higher selling limit.

OP3 years agoI resolved INR case. It is not a reason for an account restrict. I used eBay approved shipping service (SpeedPAK). SpeedPAK is irresponsible company.

·3 years agoThus the end to selling on eBay. We have seen a crackdown on sellers that get a lot of INR cases. Does not matter if they were resolved or not. If a buyer has to file a INR case, it is a bad buying experience no matter the outcome.

OP3 years agoI had only 2 INR
1) Buyer has entered the wrong shipping address (third party received package, and return to the USPS, USPS disposal.)
2) Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery

·3 years agoYou are missing the point. I am sure Ebay and your buyers are happy when you resolve issues. The point is you have a lot of these and eBay really doesn’t want your customers to have lots of issues that need to be resolved. Ebay wants buyers to have a pleasant hassle free shopping experience as much as possible.
