People able to purchase items already sold
When I have a buyer purchase an item from me it is not listing as sold. Other people are able to purchase the item and then I will have multiple people purchasing the same item. Then I have to issue an refund on the item to the buyer.

Did you have 2 items in the exact same condition???? YOU listed as a quantity of 2.

·2 weeks agoimpossible, either you have the quantity wrong or some one else never paid you for the item and the next buyer got it instead

·2 weeks agoThey need to pay for the item first before it's considered sold. It is only considered sold and placed in your sold orders if the buyer pays for the item. If they don't then any other buyer can purchase the item. Now you might also want to make sure your quantity of the item is 1 and not multiple.

·2 weeks agoA few of your items (I haven’t checked all of them) are listed as having a quantity of 2 available. If you don’t have duplicates, you should check all of your listings.
