Payout issues/refund someone
Hello so I had someone contact me about something I was selling but wasn't able to get into my account and I've had it in ebay for quite sometime just 1 week ago someone had complained they wanted a refund and I got back into my account and there was no payment made from that person to me and now I got a email saying the payout n my bank info but I never agreed to the offer or anything and I honestly have no clue what to even do cuz I checked my payout n payments and there's absolutely nothing from that person.

2) Did customer open EBAY return?
Your statement of facts is not clear as to what transpired??? I checked your sold listing and see you sold WWE dolls in May 16 for $12.50...could that be what your customer is referring to? If you sold item and NEVER SHIPPED then you must give customer a full refund.
