Payments on Hold
I have been a Seller for only nine months. I just received a "Payments on Hold" email for the THIRD time. I have not sold any high dollar items, nor have I changed financial information. I am always in compliance with ebay policies and have 100% positive feedback. I ship the next day. Does anyone have any thought as to why on an average of every three months I am contending with this? Thank you.

·3 years agoHello. Dealing with EB requires some patience sometimes. I'm just guessing here. But, I think that maybe every 3 months or so, EB does a 'hold and review'. Then, once they see that all is great with your new store, they release all holds. I expect that it might stop after your first year of great 'hold and review' cycles. I hope this helps. BTW, congrats on running a great store - your hard work towards keeping your customers happy is super smart - good job!
