Payment options on item for sale
I just listed some items on eBay. It's been years since I have sold things so it is all new. The only type of
payment I can accept is thru PayPal. However, on my listings, it says I accept Venmo, and a bunch of credit
cards. How do I get rid of Venmo and the credit cards on my listings?

People buying on ebay are making a payment to Ebay. Then, after the payment is processed and fees are taken out, Ebay pays you. You don't need to accept any forms of payment, but you do need a bank account for Ebay to deposit your funds into.
You need to read this page:
Payments and earnings | Seller Center
