Yes ALL new sellers such as yourself.
I always encourage new sellers to do their homework BEFORE starting to list on Ebay. It is a JOB and should be treated as such. For the very basics, you should be reading the User Agreement you agreed to so that you could start selling on this site. As well as policy pages on HOW TO list an item as well as the policy pages on how your money is processed. These are just the basics. Lots more to learn, but you really should do your homework BEFORE listing your first item.
When funds will be available
You can see when your funds will be released in Seller Hub or My eBay. However, your funds may be unavailable for longer if we have concerns about the order.
Here are some situations where transaction holds could be applied to a seller's funds and when those funds would typically be released.
A brand-new private seller
New private sellers will typically receive their funds within 2 days after delivery confirmation (for items sent with an ebay label), 7 days after delivery confirmation (for items sent with a third-party label), or 31 days after the buyer pays (for items sent without tracking) while they build a consistent track record. Once they've qualified to receive their funds faster, they'll typically receive their funds within 2 days of the buyer’s payment.

·3 weeks agoI'm a seasonal seller (don't sell winter or part of spring) and despite my selling here steadily since 2001 or whatever, expect to have payment holds when I get back after being gone for months. That's fine - my account isn't as subject to hacking as some might be (accounts in good standing with longevity but not a lot of action) as I'm a steady seller, but I'm fine with the payment holds because risk mitigation on the part of the site saves us all money in the end.

·3 weeks ago@ktopgu_35 Read this page. It will explain to you the various payment holds, when they apply, and when to expect them to be released. There are a lot of factors involved and contray to what has been said, new sellers do not have to wait 31-days (one day after the 30 day MBG expires) unless they sent the order without tracking. If you used tracking, you will wait either 2 days after delivery confirmation or 7 days after delivery confirmation, depending on where you purchased your shipping label.
Depending on what you sold and whether eBay considers you a new seller or occasional seller, there could be other factors at play. Read the link I posted as it will answer your question.

While you are experiencing trust building, you may see holds after this of varying periods tied to delivery, or based on big ticket sales.
You need to earn fast payments. They get harder to earn each month that passes.
