PARTIAL REFUND

Item # 306024228742 on my orders page shows "Partial refund" at the top of the listing. I have no idea why a partial refund would have been issued. I never authorized a partial refund on anything, and when I try to get answers through links provided, I get nowhere. Can anyone help me here?

I did and it didn't show anything. I later found out that eBay refunded his sales tax. Ohio does not have a sales tax on coins. Thank you for replying.

When you look at the order does it actually show any refund? Is this part of a combined order you refunded in any way? shipping? I find my combined orders to be a little confusing to track back any refunds.
