Package received USPS has not confirmed delivery
What do I do in the case of a customer leaving a review where they confirm receipt of an item, but the status is still showing shipped? I have 13 orders on hold where they have been confirmed by the customer. I also have equally as many where the customer has not left feedback, but the package has more than likely been delivered as many items shipped before and after have been delivered at this point.

·2 weeks agoThis is a frustration of mine as well. I mostly send items in eBay standard letters, and maybe 90% of the time the scanner registers the letter as shipped. But sometimes it doesn't. And sometimes the letter is noted as shipped but there is never an update that it was delivered. In those cases I hold my breath and assume that if I don't hear from the buyer then they must have received it. But wouldn't it be nice if we always got confirmation at every stage!

·2 weeks ago@shanes-tcg Many of your card listings show that you are using USPS Media mail for shipping -- this is a violation of USPS regulations.
Are you actually shipping these trading cards at USPS Media rates, or are you shipping using First Class Mail or eBay Standard Envelope (EIS)?
First Class Mail does not provide "Delivered" status, and EIS often shows "Delivered" status several days after delivery -- or never.
