paceage has not arrived
I order a DVD movie The Fantasic4 Item number 397140607929, on January 5, 2026 order number24-14056-24085 and have not recieved it. I've tryed contacting Ebay customer survice and nothing I've tryed contacting
the saler and got nothing back, Ebay use to be a good place to buy and sale and the customer
service was great, but not anymore, this is not the frist time I've had trouble and couldn't get help from ebay.
Please help this is my last time using Ebay,
their customer service terrible

·6 months agoThere is no need to get customer service involved. If you are still within the time frame to file an Item Not Received claim, then follow the prompts and do that. If it is past that time, you can try to contact your credit card company. All of the ebay policies are easily found by simply typing "ebay money back guarantee" into Google.

Normally, it might be a bit early to worry however with one feedback indicating that the buyer of a December 19 purchase is still waiting for it and another feedback indicating that it was a bootleg copy made in Sri Lanka, I have doubts you'll get what you paid for. (There are a couple of neutrals too, one indicating non-receipt.)

·6 months agoIt has only been 8 days (6 business days) since you placed your order. Depending on what date your order was "actually shipped" it is probably still in transit. Did you pay for Priority or Express mail?
You do not need to panic because EBAY will protect if you don't receive this item by expected delivery date. Also, bear in mind that USPS is experiencing delays due to snow storms.

·6 months agoThey ordered it at the beginning of January, not this month, so it's been a lot longer than that.
They still may be able to file an INR if the seller had a longer eta than usual, which is highly likely as the seller is in Sri Lanka.
They need to look on their order and see what the ETA for delivery was.

·6 months agoFinding the item in your "purchase history" & checking the tracking number may net you some information. But, as soh.maryl has stated - it looks like a chargeback may be the best way to proceed. Good Luck!

·6 months agoAt this point in time soh.maryl has your only option left to pursue, Very sorry you ran into a situation like this where your seller was not more helpful.

·6 months agoIn the listing when you made that purchase, you saw an estimated delivery date. If/when that date arrived without your having received your item, you had 30 days to open an item not received case per eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
Assuming that you did not take that action, and that the 30 days time limit has expired, your best option now is to do a chargeback with your credit card.
ALL eBay buyers, as well as all eBay sellers, need to make themselves acquainted with the Money Back Guarantee, preferably before buying or selling here. It offers good protection if/when an eBay transaction goes wrong.
Sorry this happened to you. BTW, you might want to edit your post, removing that email contact information.
