PA Sales tax

EBay is now collecting Pa Sales tax on deliveries to PA.

This I understand, however, coins and "legal tender" are exempt from Pa Sales tax per PA Dept of Revenue regulations.

Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

DO we still need to file a sales tax report to the PA my path site if Ebay is the only site that will be applicable to sales tax filing?

You need to check with the requirements for your state. Some states do require you still report your retail business sales, but then you can take a deduction for what Ebay paid, so you end up owing nothing but you still have to report it is some states. Check with your state's Dept. of Revenue.
