Overseas Warehouse Appeal is not answering (whappeals@ebay.com)
I am an eBay seller, and recently my account was restricted due to an appeal related to using an overseas warehouse. What hurts the most is not the appeal itself—but the complete lack of a human response from eBay.
I submitted my appeal properly.
I clearly stated that I am willing to provide any document eBay requires—invoices, warehouse agreements, shipping proofs, identity verification, anything. Yet instead of a meaningful response, all I receive are AI-generated, copy-paste replies that do not address my case, my evidence, or the facts.
No clarification.
No follow-up questions.
No real explanation.
Just automated messages.

Your collaborator has probably been identified as a slimy unauthorized distributor who is having product dropshipped for international sellers, and some similar US sellers.
They don't answer because they know the source of your items and do not want to provide any information to allow you to defeat the Ebay policies.

·7 months agoIt's unfortunate eBay can't give a response on these type of cases, but the simple fact is a new seller not in possession of the items they are selling is not what eBay wants to see... period! Show eBay invoices from two years ago where you were successful doing this. eBay is not a learning ground for what you have clearly described as drops hipping.
Keep in mind, eBay already knows what warehouses and fulfillment centers do not work and any association with them is a failure.
Also understand that often times a "no response" is the loudest & most final response

OP7 months agoI am ready to give any invoice or legal document they want but they are not even answering.

·7 months agoYou said that your account was restricted "due to an appeal". Can you explain exactly what happened, the order of the relevant events, and what eBay stated was the reason for the restriction?
If the account restriction came "due to an appeal", what were you appealing before you were restricted?

OP7 months agoeBay is not even answering me that why I got restricted before any listng they think that i am the threat to eBay while I dont have any listing. For Listing I have to appeal for overseas warehouse that was what I am doing. But got restricted.

·7 months agoeBay won't tell you why you're in trouble with them. It could be they don't know either - something you did looks suspicious to them, and in their world, suspicion is a crime and they punish accordingly.

Unfortunately that is now the norm in the modern world. Fairness is not a consideration when it comes to liability or finance. Something we all have to adapt to or...................................?

·7 months agoEbay has no shortage of sellers trying to drop ship to America, they will not review your case and do not care.
The account you are posting on doesn't seem to have ever had anything listed.

OP7 months agoI have products and warehouse in USA with an US base brand colleboration. I am not a dropshipper. eBay is not even let me list product. Worst part is that they are using very harsh customer support. They are sending me AI based answer that i know.
Then what is the meaning to customer support team if they are not helping.

·7 months agoSo you actually own a warehouse in the United States of America and own the products inside of it? Then why not have the business entity of your warehouse sell the stuff instead of you doing it from Pakistan. They are already shipping it, not sure why it would need to run through your personal account in Pakistan at all. If you indeed owned the product and the warehouse.
Somehow I doubt that is the case as it seems like a large number of people from your general area of the world seem to own warehouses full of products in America but for some reason are not coming to America to manage those warehouses or having their US entity sell the products for them.

Most sellers such as yourself also give "AI" responses to buyers when they experience a problem with the product they purchased, which leads to a negative experience as you can see.
