Overpriced offer on running shoes - scam or not?
I'm selling the running shoes for $22, but I just got an offer for $50.
The buyer's account is 12 years old has a 158 100% positive feedback with 15 followers.
Could this be a scam? The feedback ratings are hidden.

Most like it is. If they ask you to text them, tell you cannot pay thru Ebay payments because they are new or whatever or ask to ship to another address...this is a straight up scammer. Do not communicate with them any longer and put them on your buyer block list.
I personally do not recommend auction style listings for new sellers. If you want to avoid these types, use the fixed price, "Buy it Now" feature, with immediate payment required and NO best offers either.
I stopped using auction style listings years ago and now when I have a sale, it's instant and they always pay me.

·3 years agoWith the high shipping charge, maybe they are thinking $50 shipped, though I know shipping shouldn't be included in the offer. You could ask them a question on it.

·3 years agoThat makes no sense at all. But that being said, your shipping charge of $37.20 on the shoes also seems out of line as well.
