Our eBay has done half a million this year
My companies eBay has taken off this year and has done close to half a million. Just opened it this year which is incredible. We are seeing problems with getting the service we need from eBay customer service. I wish for big sellers that they had a dedicated support customer team to assist with certain issues.
Another issue we had. There were defects deemed as invalid and removed from my account right after our account review period which took away our promoted listings. I wish that eBay could update our seller status in real time to prevent this from happening in the future. We have lost out on a ton of money this month from being considered "below standard," for defects that were removed from our account.... Anyone else having this issue?

·3 years agoYou may have done a half a mil however if your seller performance in your dashboard has too many issues with all 4 categories especially closed without seller resolution and cancellations that all adds up. Those numbers are hard to get back up in a short amount of time and the same goes for your feedback it takes many many transactions and sales to get those numbers up and for the negatives to fall off.
Ebays system is geared to making sure buyers are happy and if you are not providing good service they will give you a certain timeframe to do better or they will shut you off and suspend your account with no way to get it back open or open a new one.
They don't care how much you make or what your sales are as ebay has 19 million sellers and about 3% of those make over a million a year. They don't have a dedicated team for them either. They are dedicated to the buyers and want them to come back.
You can give them all the excuses in the world but they will have no problem giving you a MC011 restriction and that is the kiss of death on ebay. So my advice is get your numbers up and keep them up or you won't last 6 more months to try and get to that 1 mil in sales.

OP3 years agoWe got the MC011 restriction and it was removed after providing information. It not a "kiss of death."

Those "numbers" go up quickly if purchases are made.

·3 years agoYes, the feedback percentage (and number) will go up if sellers leave the OP feedback for his/her purchases; however, savvy buyers will check those negative comments and the "Feedback received as a seller."

No. I'm not having that issue at all.
Your feedback isn't helping your situation. 93.8%? Yikes! And you have had some items removed as they were deemed invalid? Counterfeits? Not good. Evidently you had a lot of unhappy buyers. That will affect your account a lot. Hopefully you addressed these negatives and refunded their money without ebay having to step in. If Ebay stepped in and you ignored the customer, you have some problems. When Ebay has to step in it displays you are not paying attention to your site and store. You are neglecting your customers. That's a death sentence in itself. Ebay wants all buyers to have a positive experience. When you neglect your buyers it's a sign that your focus here is not to be a trusted and honest seller.
It looks to me as you are drop shipping. Are you actually in the US? You never followed up on any of the negatives you received and that's usually a sign of DS. Drop shipping is a risky way to to business and most times doesn't pan out.
All I can say is I wish you well.
Good luck.

OP3 years agoNo disrespect, your selling rosaries. We are selling fuel injection parts for vehicles. We deal with warranty, you do not.
