Organic Views Plummeting On Strong Account
Hi! Is anyone experiencing 0 organic views randomly? This past weekend I had 2 days with 0 impressions, when we usually get 5-60 thousand a day.

·10 months ago@jonathanbrightlight not sure this issue with Organic impressions and views was related to the AWS outage yesterday since it actually started on Saturday, well before the AWS outage.

There are some things that eBay relies on/connects to third parties for where I can see it would be plausible for the AWS outage to have had an impact (like yesterday's reports of problems purchasing Standard Envelope and International Standard Delivery labels), but I don't believe this traffic reporting problem is one of them.

·10 months agoAgree - it's an internal hiccup. I didn't care much about it as IMHO it's simply a posting error, but plenty of sellers rely on the reporting for up-to-date information, particularly those strategizing their promotions and ad spend.

If you do a search on this board you'll bring up other threads and posts concerning this, some with more information. I haven't found that it has made any difference to my sales, so I think it's simply a reporting problem.

·10 months agoI don’t have any inside knowledge of how it works, but my instincts say that the AWS outage is likely causing the delay in reporting views. Actually, if that’s true, it might be a time when they don’t ever display the views properly for those days, it might be lost.
