Order delivered to the customer but my tracking on ebay account not showing delivered

I ordered something for my client from aliexpress and its delivered to the customer how can i change that to delivered.

If you have no eBay order, you can't mark it as 'Delivered'.

You can't. This is why drop shipping is a fruitless effort.

Why would you order something for a buyer from another site?
No you can't change orders to show delivery it's not possible.
