The old way...

1 to 4 oz. = the lowest rate

5 to 7 oz. = a slightly higher rate

8 to 11 oz. = a slightly higher rate

12 to 15 oz. = a slightly higher rate

The new way...

1 to 15 oz. = $8.40

One thing that does puzzle me though.

1 to 15 oz. = $8.40

1 lb exactly = $10.67

1 lb. 1 oz. = $11.84

So a package would have to weigh exactly 1 lb. to get the $10.67 rate?

4.1 to 8 oz. = a slightly higher rate
8.1 to 12 oz. = a slightly higher rate
12.1 to 15.99 oz. = a slightly higher rate

The 1 pound weight had it's own price even prior to this new change. I used it a couple times.
