OMG, I got a live one!
Paid for Tuesday night.
Shipped Wed morning.
Tracking shows it made it to the UPS hub Wed.
I get a message this morning from buyer wanting me to ship another one because Tracking shows no movement.
How do you reply to that? LOL

I had to reply, he wasn't letting up.
So,
"This was shipped yesterday. It is not late.
Estimated delivery date is between May 2, 2025 - May 8, 2025
If it's not there on the 8th, I'll be glad to ship you a free one"

How does your buyers profile look? Do they seem to leave many negative and/or neutral feedback to sellers?
I would just let them open a case if not received and then respond to the case with the current tracking status. I'm sure overall, UPS will deliver in time.
Might have to add this person to your block list once this is all over.

·1 year agoThis is another example of a situation where you had to choose between protecting yourself by blocking the customer or leaving communication open to try and minimize the damage during this transaction. A good example of why blocking someone from purchasing should be separate from blocking them from messaging you.

I get buyers who buy every other day...just ship them.

It's fine on USPS site but not updated.
Is it possible this is happening with UPS too?
Did you check tracking with the eBay link? Or at UPS?
May not be the issue but /shrugs one never knows until they ask..

OP1 year agoTracking just shows it was scanned here when UPS picked it up Yesterday.
Then scanned again when it made it the UPS terminal later yesterday.
It's just not been scanned again "yet" this morning.
So, it MUST BE LOST!! SEND ME ANOTHER ONE!! LOL

·1 year agoI would reply with its latest location and the summary that you posted here. I would then suggest that perhaps the buyer meant to be contacting some other seller instead regarding an earlier purchase...?

OP1 year agoNo, he's inquiring about the correct item, tracking, and it's current location.
I doubt the shipment will be late.
Then again, with my luck, he'll end up being right. Ugh
