Old Q/A's showing on listings seen on phone or ipad- don't show on my desktop computer
Noticed today - my old outdated 2007 Q/A's show on phone/ipad viewed listings only NOT on desktop viewed listings. Way back then I had no returns, different shipping notes, ship times. These are all obsolete. But now they are prominent -I think buyers are turned off immediately when they see this. Even though if one scrolls down- correct info shows. Called ebay-rep said no way to delete old Q/A. Said to put note on each listing about this. Then I went to manage buyers communications on desktop. Changed to no option about buyers see Q/A. This does not update on listings seen on my phone. I have been selling for over 20 years- am old school-just list via computer. I realize most people use phone. Now -I think this is why very low sales-yet many views. Do I have to go to view each listing as if I am a buyer (have over 100 listings) on phone and put updated Q/ A -please ignore old Q/A etc.? Thank you.

·1 year agoHi @eye_lean54 , sorry you dealt with an uninformed CS rep. At this stage only you can see those Q&A, but it's in the process of rolling out and buyers will see them soon. eBay hasn't provided detail on dates.

That's correct, the app is ignoring that setting from the web. It's better if you delete your old Q&A on the web.
Go to this page:

On that page, click the down arrow next to every topic. Delete your old FAQs under each topic heading.
Important: Do not forget to click the Submit button at the bottom after you delete the FAQs. It's so easy to miss that step.

OP1 year agothx for quick response. I can find "top" part of your screenshot.. but next part with 2 green arrows do not show on my desktop - I cannot "see" the select answers to topics oiption... -- can't find on app on phone. I am snail paced- slow to get it.. Bear with me.. You are saying app differs from computer view correct?and my view on app only shows FAQ to me --however this FAQ option will soon be seen by buyers -whenever that happens.

You should see what's in the second half of my screenshot. If you do not see the arrows then maybe your browser is zoomed in too close.
Edit to add in case it wasn't clear: the neon green arrows were added by me, pointing to the arrows you need to click. Look for the down arrows that look like:

Hit Ctrl and - to zoom out. Keep tapping - while holding down Ctrl until your view is more normalized and you can see the arrows.
If you prefer the zoomed in view you can get back to it by clicking Ctrl and +.
