I listed an item earlier this week for $265.00 with no offers to be accepted. Got a notification that it sold for $212.00 yesterday. How does this happen when I didn't okay any offer?? I canceled sale and got ahold of the buyer, why I cancelled. How is this happening and is anyone having this done to them?

·4 months agoIf it was an offer.......that offer price should show in Product Research....it doesn't.

·4 months agoIf you had sent offers to buyers at some point recently for 20% off, you may not have noticed the box already checked to have it automatically send offers (for a set timeframe). Like this:
Anyone who watched or otherwise qualified for offers within that timeframe would receive the same offer.

·4 months agoA computer glitch would result in a random number, not a nice round number like 20 percent. That sort of thing is user error all the way.
Also, why would you not sell for $212 and be happy. Comps suggest those signs are worth $45 each, you had 5 of them, $212 is darn close to $225.

·4 months agoSounds like you sent someone a 20% off offer, or you had it in your 20% off sale category. I'm going to go with user error here, and one very unhappy buyer.
