Offers
I may have missed an announcement.... I accepted an offer and usually payment comes in right away after. I checked and it says my items is still up for sale. Did something change?

·5 days agoHow do you have your Buyer Requirements set in your Site preferences. See the pic below.

·5 days agoNo change... your buyer hasn't paid yet. You can cancel citing 'Non-payment' on Day 4 following the sale. Don't invoice, just hang in there. Good luck.

·5 days agoYou can set a buyer requirement to require their payment info when submitting an offer to you. When you accept it then payment will go through automatically. It appears that you do not have that setting in effect so the buyer will need to pay when he gets the word that you have accepted his offer.
Go here to check the box requiring payment info before the buyer can make an offer to you: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements

·5 days agoPerhaps the buyer’s payment didn’t process. Could be outdated expiration date?

·6 days agoWhen you accept an offer the listing remains live until it is paid for. This change is at least a year only and it has reduced the amount of non-payments on sales via offers to almost none.
