Hi All,
I’d like eBay to show a full numeric offer/counteroffer history for each listing.
Right now, when I send an offer to a buyer and they counter, my original offer amount disappears from the “Review all offers” / offer screen and I can only see the buyer’s counter. This makes it hard to negotiate confidently and easy to accidentally respond at a price higher than my own previous offer. Other sellers have reported the same issue in the forums.
Can someone please tell me how to get eBay to add an always‑visible offer history panel (either on the “Review all offers” page or directly in the offer pop‑up/message flow) that shows every number both sides have proposed—original offer, counteroffers, accept/decline status, and timestamps? This information clearly exists, but we need it presented in one place so sellers can make informed decisions on pricing.

·6 months agojonathanbrightlight has the proper method for you to take, Unfortunately this matter cannot be resolved on this forum because it is most likely a technical issue.

·6 months agoI agree, I have noticed this also. I’m guessing it’s a side effect of the fact that they mask the IDs of buyers that we send seller initiated offers to, so when they counter offer, something in the programming is not tying that back together, at least in a visual form that we could see.
I would suggest that you hit the ? button that should be visible when you are on the Review All Offers screen, down in the bottom, right, and submit it as feedback, or even possibly reported as a technical issue, to hopefully get that in front of the right team. I will do the same.
