Offer from buyer or seller

Does anyone else think that when a seller sends you an offer to purchase their item for a discount, that ebay should make that offer appear MUCH different than the offer screen sent to you by someone who wants to buy your item???

I just listed a bowl. a few minutes later, I get a message saying that I have an offer. I was excited and accepted it. Unfortunately, I accepted an offer from a seller, not a buyer. I just spent $47 on a bowl that I already have, and there is no way to back out.

Any thoughts???

Hi, contact the seller with an explanation and apology. Send them your listing item # so they can see youâ€™re selling the same item. Ask them to cancel the sale.
