·1 year ago@jewelbiz Once again (for the 3rd time) since you've posted this multiple times & I've asked you multiple times & you've never answered, did you DOUBLE CHECK the phone number it says it will call you at on your screen?????
I ask b/c I have to change that phone number EVERY time b/c it's set to my cell phone & I am waiting for a call on my land line. Again, you control the number, but you have to tell it which number! You have to physically change it on the screen & it is PARTIALLY BLOCKED OUT WITH X's. You have to overtype the X's if the number is not your preferred number.
I've never once had to wait more than 5 minutes & I've only once not gotten a call back, a few years ago on a Friday afternoon.

·1 year agoIf it's an iPhone do you have 'Silence Junk Callers' turned on? This will prevent phone numbers you have not interacted with before not even ring but still *will* show up under Missed Calls.
Settings > Apps > Phone > Call Blocking and Identification > Silence Junk Callers.
(Not the steps for similar on Android)

·1 year agoWhy do you need to speak with someone? That's a waste of time when it's so fast and easy to file a tech report yourself. The bulk edit issue is a known error and CS can't fix it.
Click the ? icon on the bottom right of your seller hub page to file a tech report.

·1 year agoI once knew someone who always liked going to their local post office and lining up for the counter just to drop off their outgoing letter and seeing the clerk postmark their envelope. I told them they can just drop it in a mailbox or even leave it at their own mailbox as their carrier will collect outgoing mail too.
They refused to do that because I think they enjoy getting out of the house and doing something "productive". You know, greeting all the USPS employees and talking them up asking about their day, families, etc.

Was your phone on Do Not Disturb?

·1 year agoGood thought. I once discovered that my phone was set by default to not ring between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., going straight to voicemail instead. I had not set that myself (or maybe did so years ago and forgot all about it), but it's a useful setting for those who don't need to be on call 24/7.

It's a great setting, especially since you can allow your favorite people to still call you during that time.

·1 year agoThere's a number of reasons you might not be able to receive the phone call from eBay, but it doesn't mean they're lying to you.
Are you using a VoIP phone or landline, or is it a cell phone?
Why are you calling them about not being able to bulk edit, when you already started a previous thread and received some great suggestions? eBay customer service is unlikely to be able to help with that issue.

OP1 year agoI did everything suggested many times over already but to no avail.
Still not able to edit âœï¸ my listings like I’ve done countless times.
No reason why I can’t receive a phone call. I get numerous phone calls every day of my life.
Am sitting here waiting to talk to someone like an idiot.
It isn’t me, it’s eBay.

·1 year agoYou didn't actually answer my question about your phone.
And you don't know what the problem is yet, so you're jumping to conclusions. You've already been given great advice on what to do (which is not to try and get a phone call from eBay, which would be a waste of time for everyone involved), so I'll leave it at that.

·1 year agoDid you request a call back or did someone you were chatting with tell you they would call you back?
Specifically from this link.

When I view this above link, it says call back should happen within a couple of minutes. Now that could change by the time you click on it as that is an ever moving target.
