Notifications Button Moved in Android
Summary: atavium expressed frustration with the recent update to the eBay Android app, noting that the Notifications button on the navigation bar was replaced with a Live button. As a seller handling hundreds of items weekly, atavium relies heavily on the app to accept offers and manage messages. The change makes accessing notifications more cumbersome, and the Live feature is seen as unnecessary for selling activities. atavium suggests that the navigation bar should at least be customizable to suit the needs of different users.
I am hoping ebay will bring notifications back to the main navigation bar.

·3 months agoI'm not a fan of the change, but I did find a work around. Under my Ebay is a link to the old notification button that used to be down there. Which is still annoying because I have no use or need for a link to Live and would prefer to have my notification setting back.
I would suggest opening the live section and clicking on the 3 buttons on the top and going to Help & report and submitting a feedback report. I've seen changes rolled back before and have to assume it's when they get enough complaints/reports.
