noticing that ebay has been elevating my selected promotional percentage
Listing that I had selected a 9% promo fee was elevated to 13.8%. I have noticed this on other listings and when I notified a customer service rep of this he said that ebay is aware this is happening. I like many sellers know what I have invested in items along with the ever increasing fees to ship items to determine at what promotional rate to set to allow a desired profit. Just wanted to know if other sellers are experiencing the same. I would believe for most when items sell the sellers are not recognizing the inflated rate being charged by ebay.

·6 months agoAre you sure you have your ad campaign set for a flat rate, and not the dynamic rate? Of you have it set for the dynamic rate, then ebay is working the way you told it to work. If you have it set for flat rate, then there is a glitch that you should report.
