Not receiving notifications of buyer offers
Summary: The discussion revolves around issues with notifications for buyer offers not being received in a timely manner. brad_5651 expressed frustration about receiving notification about an eBay offer expiration well after it had already expired. christworks and dhbookds advised sellers to check eBay daily instead of relying on emails or notifications, as these can be unreliable and lead to potential problems.
I have Best Offer enabled on most of my listings, nearly all. I happened to notice after receiving notification of a new offer, that multiple (different) offers were made on that same item previously & had since expired. I received no notification of any of these expired offers. The only way I know this is happening is when I receive a new offer and explore the completed tab. I do not know how to access pending buyer offers to protect against this re-occurring. Any insight/suggestions? I have reported this issue a number of times. (Has happened several times, often causing me to miss higher offers.)

·1 week agoDepending on emails is a recipe for an eventual disaster.......need to access and check ebay everyday...........

·1 week agoEvery seller should check eBay every single day. Depending on notifications and/or emails is a fools errand. There are many reasons why these may not come though.

·1 year agoIf you ever send out offers, they will show up there. If you receive an offer, you should be able to see their ID. Offers sent by you will not show their IDs.

OP1 year agoI'm seeing expired buyer offers there that i never had an opportunity to accept or respond to in any way. It is unusual.

·1 week agoI am having this very issue. I received notification from eBay that an offer was about to expire 2 days after it had already expired. Frustrating
