Not receiving new messages or new offers in "Messages" section
Summary: internetshoppingmall is experiencing issues with eBay's "Messages" section, where they are not receiving new messages or offers. An old message is improperly timestamped and stuck showing it was received 13 hours ago. Despite multiple seller offers appearing under "Bids/Offers," they are not visible in "Messages." Additionally, buyer offers sent by internetshoppingmall possibly haven't reached the sellers, as there is no response from them and no confirmation from eBay. They are seeking a solution to this issue.
My eBay messages are not working correctly in the "Messages" section. I am not currently receiving messages in the "Messages" section. A message I already received in late August from an eBay seller containing an offer that expired on Aug 24th, is showing that it was received 13 hours ago. Yesterday, that same older message incorrectly showed it was received 1 hour ago, then 2 hours ago and so on, then it stopped permanently when it reached 13 hours ago. No offers I have received after late August are showing in "Messages." Many new seller offers have been sent to me since then, but they are only showing under "Bids/Offers" (and when hovering over the "Bell icon" on any main eBay page). I only use the "Message" forum and have nothing CC'ed to my personal email.
I don't know if this is related to the no new messages recently received in "Messages," but 2 buyer offers I have sent to 2 different sellers have both gone unanswered, as in neither accepted or declined. I know they can choose to ignore and not respond to an offer, but since I typically find that to be rare, I am wondering if this could be part of a "Messages" communication issue (ie. they are possibly not receiving my original buyer's offer?). Also, I received NO confirmation "You submitted an offer" message from eBay in "Messages" as they usually send, after I sent each of these recent buyer offers to the sellers. What is happening and how do I correct this eBay "Messages" issue? Thank you!

·1 month agoI too have been experiencing this SAME EXACT PROBLEM that you described and are having, but since JUNE. Not 1 single message since. Any offers history now showing up in the main page...? But I know that sellers are seeing my offers. I don't use any app. I used different devices in both mobile and desktop modes, with no resolution.
Trying to find a resolution.
