Not paid for item delivered tracking incorrect
Hi all, so I shipped an item to a customer in California via FedEx smart post , the tracking amc dates were incorrect from the start both myself and customer thought was lost , customer messaged me they received with pics of item and FedEx truck delivering but tracking still incorrect and payment on hold. Trying to get payment released Thanks

·7 months agoeBay will release the hold but it will take time.
It usually happens 30 days after the last estimated delivery date has passed.
What is more important is to figure out how you input the incorrect tracking number so that it does not happen again.
Tracking is important to prove delivery on eBay.
I recommend newer and/or infrequent sellers always use eBay shipping. The tracking is then automatically uploaded to the transaction
