Not getting warned that an offer came from an AD, then we get charged the AD fee | Selling

Lately, we're not getting the AD fee warning that this offer might have come from an AD. I have screenshots of the messages and we're thinking they are 'organic' offers that are not coming from an AD. This is also happening on counter offers, still no mention that it might come from an AD, it should always warn you. We finally agree on a final price and accept the offer and then wham an AD fee hits. We need this info at the beginning to engage in counter offers, if we knew it came from an AD, we would not negotiate. (Yes, I know best offers are trivial and some of you hate that sellers have that, but its the nature of the beast here.) Just want to be alerted properly that this is coming from an AD. Kinda disingenuous of this site to not alert you that this is coming from an AD click. We appreciate that they started to alert you that this offer might have come from an AD and there might be an AD fee, it really helps us make an informed decision on engaging the buyer with a counter offer, but lately we haven't gotten this AD warning message on the offers being received or on counter offered sent back to us. Anyone experiencing the same thing? I contacted support and they gave us 2 AD fee credits for the last two, help support didn't explain why it's happening but made it seem like its something they are aware of. I guess we have to just assume every offer comes from an AD moving forward. As we all know, nothing comes organically anymore on here. lol
