Not getting automatic feedback is this normal?
So a week ago I should’ve started to receive automatic feedback. The customers that haven't left any feedback had their packages delivered going on 10 days now. I emailed eBay and they just keep copying and pasting the same requirements. Delivered on time and no complaints basically. Well I seem to fit that description. My first ordered were shipped and arrived on time and I haven’t received any messages complaining abut the services. So I don’t understand why I haven’t received any feedback.
I thought maybe I just couldn’t see it so pulled up my profile signed out on a different browser and nothing. I get automatic feedback may not mean much but for a fairly new account I think it could help me with some sales. Should I try calling eBay since emailing hasn’t seemed to do anything?

eBay automated feedback is automatically added to the seller’s account when a transaction is successfully completed. This positive feedback gives other eBay users confidence in this seller and in our marketplace. We only do this if the following criteria are met:
Automated feedback from eBay will remain visible unless there is an indication that there was an issue with the transaction, for example the item was damaged or you opened a return. If this happens, we will remove the automated message.
You can still leave your own feedback within 60 days of delivery, in which case the automated feedback will be replaced with yours.

·5 months agoIf the buyer does not post any feedback by 30 days after being received, Then auto feedback kicks in not before.

·5 months agoIf you don't have much feedback (<100) it takes longer for the automatic feedback to cycle. It should be awarded about 30 days after delivery, after the INR/INAD window closes. If you have more than 100 feedback it usually takes 14-21 days. The system needs a baseline on your reliability before it becomes quick.

·5 months agoIt could take 2 weeks or longer. Although today (3/23) eBay posted their automated feedback for a laptop that was delivered on 3/13. So that was 10 days.

·5 months agoI have seen it take as little as 14 days, and in some cases longer. I think it has to do with the item's delivery date to start with. It gets delivered, then a couple weeks later you get your auto feedback. Keep in mind, the auto can be replaced later with actual if the buyer leaves feedback eventually, since they have 60 days to do so.
That said:
If the transaction had any impactful issues, such as a cancellation, an INR request that was later resolved, or the buyer opened any other claim, even if it was resolved positively, your auto feedback won't happen. It only happens if the transaction occurs without any issues at all. I think it will still happen if your item arrived later than its expected delivery date, but not if it was shipped late to start with by you.
