Not Getting Any EBay Email Notifications As Of Yesterday
I noticed yesterday about 2pm when I was listing items that I received no email confirmations. Since they stopped I have received nothing about a sale, any communication whatsoever. I have read every post concerning this issue, and nothing has change. All my settings are exactly the same.
‘’Last night I had a sale, no notice. I will contact eBay, but anyone else having this problem.

·10 months agoI haven't been receiving notifications for 2 years. I have them set, but they never go through. This has been a known issue for years.

·10 months agoThere have always been missing emails.........always will be......... No system is perfect and unless you check Ebay itself at least once a day, you will miss something sometime.

·10 months agoI'm in the same boat. Haven't been receiving emails from Ebay for at least a couple weeks. Missed an offer that I would have accepted but was too late. Didn't realize others were having the same problem and couldn't find a number to call. Frustrating.

·11 months agoIt started on Thursday for me. I found it unnerving because I was notified about 2 sales when I had three. Then on my seller's hub page, it said I had 2 to ship, but on the orders page it said 3. I checked the transactions and finance tabs and it was 3.

·11 months agoI noticed this today, received a offer which I saw through a popup on the computer but no email notice and not in my notifications in hub either. I accepted the offer and waited. The buyer paid but I was not notified in any way about that either but the order was added to the Orders tab in the seller hub. Whyyyy?

Sounds like there is something going on. Probably some genius in IT “fixed†something that wasn’t broken.

When I’m home, everything is up and running ALL the time. PCs, iPads always on. Seller hub is readily available 24/7. Perfect! Yes. Seller hub is the best bet for everything eBay, but not everyone has access to this at all times and many people like the email notifications.
I don’t bring my iPad with me when I’m out n about nor while sourcing. During those times I only have the phone app available to me, which has proven to be very problematic for almost every task, from photos to sales. Unfortunately glitches happen on a very regular basis, even more so within the app than seller hub on pc/ipad.
This has been when email notifications, for myself, have come in handy. Do I believe they are really necessary? No. Is this sometimes the only way you know you've had sales/offers? Yes. Though not today, since they are not working! 😂

OP11 months ago@kickin.assets Well I just did my orders this morning and did receive the notifications that they were printed.
So it seems to be sales and questions…Will check setting again. I agree I do use my phone, but primarily my computer and probably iPad the most.

·11 months agoI always check the website as I find email notifications to be unreliable, in fact I filter them so they're auto-deleted, tired of useless messages.

·11 months agoI just look in Seller Hub and I find any questions or sales there, email from Ebay not reliable.

Funny you mention this … my couple sales last night, I hadn’t thought about it, but this morning I just had a sale and was notified by Siri, but there were no email notifications of this nor of last nights sales and I thought, that’s weird, sales normally show up in my email at the same time as my verbal notifications. 🤔

OP11 months ago@kickin.assets Yup Nothing….I was watching a movie last night and saw I had an order via the website. No notification..same thing about 30 minutes ago.
