Just because others are listing it doesn't mean there listings are allowed. I would suggest not to list this book. It's not worth your account over it.

I have purchased a few German coins where the listings only showed one side of the coin ... I guess the picture of the guy on the other side of the coin is verboten on eBay. Maybe your listing included a picture of that guy, or included his name?
In eBay's world, especially now that decisions are being made by AI, the second world war, the big one, never really happened. Maybe you should list the book as 'fiction'.
