None of my listing are "Top Rated" Eligible
Hello,
I just became "Top Rated" eligible but it says none of my listing are eligible. I changed all my listing to 1 day handling and free 30 day returns yet it still says this. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do? Thank you!

·2 years agoThere's no real benefits to top rated plus, other than saving a lousy 10% in final value fees. I prefer not to have a 1 day handling time, not worth it.

OP3 years agoI changed all of them (other than the ones I couldn't because of bids) to free returns and it still says none of my item are eligible. I wonder if it is because of my cut off time for the 1 day handling? I have it really early in the morning.

·2 years agoYes. To get the TR-Plus badge, a listing must offer 30-day (or longer) fee returns, which means the seller pays for the return shipping. There are some categories where you can get the 10% FVF credit, but NOT the TR-Plus badge, if you don't offer 30-day free returns. You can see the exceptions here:
