From the Canada or the US sites, I can sell to the UK without registering as a British business. from where you can sell on any site in the world.
From the Canada or the US sites, I can sell to the UK without registering as a British business. I do have to put a VAT number on each shipment, but eBay supplies that for the seller's use.
