·2 years agoFeedback is rarely a useful measure of either buyer or seller performance.
It reflects the specific interactions between buyer and seller on a single transaction, the quality of the product and the listing, the personalities of both parties, and myriad other parties who may be involved in parts of the transaction.
FB was designed to avoid having Ebay take any responsibility for any transactions. It was used for blackmail, intimidation and to cover other flaws of either party, and was responsible for the permanent loss of many buyers. Ebay has never recovered from past FB abuse.

·2 years agoFeedback has never been an accurate predictor of whether a buyer will pay for any particular transaction.
Just as it has never been an accurate predictor of whether a seller will ship the item he described in his listing.

Sorry for your situation. That account could have been hacked or....they simply changed their mind. In any event, hopefully you reported them as a NPB and block them as well from further annoying you. It happens. Again, sorry for your frustration. Keep the faith and keep selling. 🙂
