No way to contact my buyer
When you finally arrive at the pace you are supposed to be able to send the buyer a message, you cannot . when you click on send message, it asks if you want to send a copy of the message to your email, but it never lets you create a message. This page will not allow me to insert an image of te send message screen.

·11 months agoWhen you click "Send message" and get the "Send a copy to my email checkbox" is your cursor blinking above that line? If so, that's where you would start typing your message. It's easy to overlook it (I did at first when eBay changed to that format) because it's such a small area.

·11 months agoIf the item is purchased, just go to your orders tab and click on the three dots, and choose "contact buyer" in the drop own.
 
 Type your message in the 'send message' area.
