No tracking information provided by US services
Tracking service it's not useful in goods shipped to US, because US post services are not providing tracking information, at least in mail originating from Portugal, so the seller is depending on the buyer honesty to declare he got the package. This is surreal! Like this, Ebay system is not defending sellers.

·1 year ago@cafejazz ask on some of the European boards........there are millions of packages from the world coming into the US and I can't believe there is no tracking after it's gotten here...........

·1 year agoThat depends on what service you use to ship and what site you use to track.
There are a lot of universal tracking sites that are accurate.
I like to use https://www.17track.net/en
And
https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking

OP1 year agoMaybe you didn't understand the problem: if the services on the American side don't provide the information, it doesn't appear anywhere, whatever service you use for shipping.

There has been many times I couldn't get tracking details on US shipping site but the info was available on the sites I linked you.
I tracked a package to China from the US on Track17 site. It was sporadic on USPS but detailed on that site.
Also incoming from Austria & Poland that were detailed on Track17 but not the USPS.

And maybe you aren't understanding a very significant factor: USPS is a government-sponsored AMERICAN delivery service, and does NOT have offices in other countries. Why would you expect USPS to provide a tracking service from non-American countries?
International eBay sellers should use a dependable shipping service, which can provide accurate tracking at least from the seller's own country.

OP1 year agoIt only happens with American services, all other countries services are doing that, but I guess they are special. I will never sell again to USA.
