·7 months agoLooks bleak. Have to wait for those to age off. They might then let you sell again but don't hold out too much hope. I just looked and I see all your listings are gone. Now it's grave. Don't think you can recover.

·7 months agoHi, did you find a solution to your situation? I sell from Mexico and the same thing just happened to me, but I can't find any information and I have over $600 dollars frozen.

"but you don't need to worry too much" is the best to give when we giving you NO SELL OPTION 😄

·1 year agoUnfortunately, most sellers in your position only come here to ask a question. Most of them never share a solution, if they find one. They may come back to complain, but if they recover from this, they don't usually come back.
Those who have recovered, they just had to improve their numbers by not getting any more defects. There is no appeal process, so once you get a defect, you have to wait until it ages off the evaluation.
Jeff from Customer Service gave you a standard reply, which was copy-and-pasted from his text examples. That is probably why he mentioned SpeedPAK (which is for sellers in China, and maybe Japan).
But, he did confirm that your restriction is not permanent at this time. You will be evaluated again in 2 weeks, on Aug 13. If you can avoid getting any more INR cases, then you should be able to recover in a few months, as I said before.

·1 year agoapparently eBay believes change in performance can happen because top seller past performance doesn't guarantee continued positive seller performance

·1 year agoWe can't help you with your issues on your account, only Ebay can. The international seller performance requirements are strict.

I recommend you contact Ebay directly.
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4190&st=10
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.facebook.com/ebay
https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

OP1 year agoNow i have stupid questions.
What all guys you do after you are banned from ebay?
I see a lot of restriction situation, so etsy is already on but it is not best place for car parts.
Where you sell after ban?

·1 year agoYou are in Latvia. eBay BBE has taken out many European sellers over shipping issues. Given the size of your items, I would assume they go by freight or some sort of ground shipping. I would have included in the descriptions some notice to the buyers to give it some extra time to get there.
But yes, this is final. eBay won't let you back. I for one think the standards European sellers are being held up to is a bit extreme.

·1 year agoCurious, if the seller refunded all 3 buyers from open claims before eBay got involved would seller still be in this situation?
Can someone get banned for refunding 3 buyers in a month?
tobaccocardyahoo
·7 months agoI hope that refunding the buyers will get an overseas buyer suspended.
Refunding without an origin scan counts as a cancellation. I have done it since I wanted to reimburse the buyer for a lost shipment.

·1 year agoIf they were deliveries to the US, it was probably because USPS stopped handling mail from a number of regions promptly or well, beginning earlier this year. Including Eastern Europe and South America, from what sellers have said. Registered mail international packages were just not being processed for several months, apparently.
The post office in those countries seems to push Registered Mail International, but that is not popular with USPS at all. For some of those regions, post office mail is not an "eBay integrated shipping carrier". So there is no seller protection for INR disputes at all.

·1 year ago@barn-tuning,
What does it say on your CBT seller dashboard (the link is shown in your screenshot)? Please check both the BBE and the INR rate sections, and share screenshots of those, and the graphs below them. We need this information to be able to advise you on this.

·1 year ago@barn-tuning, thanks for sharing the screenshots. I'm sorry this happened to you, and it may be difficult to recover from this. But the rules are what they are, and they are the same for all export sellers like you. You are being compared to other sellers who sell under similar circumstances. All export sellers have to deal with the same kind of issues, so it is fair. Even if it doesn't feel like it.
This first screenshot shows what the problem is:
You have 3 INR cases, and they are all for items that were shipped to "Other" regions, meaning, none of the INR cases were for items shipped to US, UK, DE or AU.
The bottom of the graph is cut off, so I can't read the months to be sure of the timing. But from the results shown above, 2 of the cases were between 2025-04-28 and 2025-06-26, and one was between 2025-06-27 and 2025-07-27. So the first 2 cases will age off Window 1 in the next 2 months (possibly sooner than that) and the 3rd case will stay on your account for up to 3 months.
First, you need to stop getting any more cases. That may mean that you should stop selling to "Other" regions, and if you keep selling there, then you need to make sure that you use an eBay Integrated Carrier to ship them.
You do still have some active listings, and hopefully you will get some sales with those. But you probably can't post any new listings, or revise the existing listings. So you may not be able to change the shipping locations.
In order to have Seller Protection for an item not received case, you need to
Here is the policy, on the export seller website:
You can search for eBay integrated shippers on this page. That means that eBay can't get the tracking results automatically (without a person needing to review the results). That is necessary in order to have seller protection. This page is the one that is linked in the first highlighted red box above:
