No refund option - combined shipping
I wish to refund a buyer for combined shipping. However, the refund option is no longer showing.
Besides contacting the buyer and asking for their email address - any suggestions where to find the refund option?

·2 years agoCan you scroll down on the list of options? The refund option for me is right below report buyer, but I do have to use the slide bar on the right of the option list to see it.
