No agents available anymore on Wednesdays?

Are Wednesdays days off for ebay agents? I`ve been trying to get help all day today by filling a form and get an agent to chat, but no agents available, only email option, and filling a form didn`t get attention either.

What`s going on?

I Think that's their we don't want to here your problems day!, So yeah they take the day off!, But if they don't want to hear problem's , They should take the whole week off!
