Nice change to messaging and offers- thanks ebay for an improvement
I just recently saw tha when you send an offer to someone through the messages- it actually pops up in a conversation bubble as if it was part of the message stream. It say " you sent this buyer an offer of $...."
That is a nice improvement so that we can actually see and recall the amount of the offer sent.
These are the kind of small and non- disruptive improvements we need..... Stay away from trying to re-invent the wheel- just incrimental adjustments and improvements- thanks to the messaging/offers teams for integrating the two.

·1 year agoI haven't observed what you're describing being implemented, but it's way overdue. I told them about this problem ~3 years ago. A seller made me an offer with an added discount, but then didn't apply that discount when I agreed to buy. And the eBay rep told me he couldn't see the message in the offer because it wasn't considered an "eBay Message".

·1 year agoCool - when is the "offers team" going to get around to restoring "Add to Cart" to sent offers instead of "Go to Checkout" so buyers getting multiple offers can get combined shipping and not have to pay for every offer separately? Maybe the "offers team" has a problem integrating common sense into their incrimental adjustments and improvements.
