New user agreement update
Greetings, I got a notification of the new user agreement update. Besides reading it do I have to do anything? I don't see any box to check but I am pretty old and might be missing something,'

Probably not.
If you're OK with the three major points of revision in the User Agreement, which are listed in the e-mail, then there's nothing for you to do. As the last full sentence of today's e-mail states,
"If you keep your account with eBay, you agree that your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated User Agreement, including the agreement to arbitrate." (Emphasis added.)
Nothing for you to sign, check, mail, upload, or anything else.

By simply 'using' the site (hence, called a USER AGREEMENT)- you agree to everything in that 20 chapter 1000+? page-for-lawyers-only document.
Similar to the 13 page 18" long 'contract' with microscopic paragraphs when buying a car, only you don't have to sign anything.
