New Listings Not Showing Despite Saying Your Listing Is Now Live

I just listed a couple items, 1 fresh and 1 from my drafts, in both cases the screen read "Your Listing Is Now Live" yet neither item is live, and the one I had in drafts is gone completely. ·2 weeks ago · Edited19:39 Sep23: Having the same issue; trying to add ~10 listings to an eBay live and they seem to be publishing but not available in my dashboard. They're somewhere because if I try to relist I get a duplicate flag, but they aren't showing in my listings. Going live in 20 minutes so not ideal!
UPDATE: Also when I try to add listings to my eBay live I'm getting 'Something went wrong. Please try again.' errors

·2 weeks agoHaving the same issue... I redid one listing and it is now live. I am hoping it does not create a duplicate listing.

·2 weeks agoHaving the same issue and those items "relisted" still show in Inactive. In addition, an auction ended without a bid and disappeared rather than go to Inactive.
I read the canned response posted; be nice if they could actually reply without canned responses and offer genuine help.

·2 weeks agoI'm in the UK and I listed about 15 items about 4hrs ago and only one is in my shop. The active count has gone up but items are stuck in limbo.

·2 weeks agoSame issue for a few of our recent listings, except we were able to click the "View Listing" link in the pop up when you list an item, and it takes us to a live item page with an item number, so they do exist but aren't showing in searches or our Active listings page.

Hey @chicweb ! Our Product team is aware that the issue of seller's ended listings, newly listed listings and relisted listings are not showing in active listing page or draft listings page or in inactive section. There is an open ticket under ALERT17029 and they are working on a solution asap.

OP2 weeks agoNot sure how to notify eBay so posting here. Hi eBay, seems to be a problem with items getting listed. Have tried a few times and items are not showing anywhere and not getting a confirmation email the item was listed - can you please look into this, thanks
